Job description

Due to expanding our menu we are currently seeking experienced Italian Cuisine CDP to join our team

This Job offer is for experienced Italian Cuisine CDP (Femle or Male)

We have
x2 positions available

Work to the specifications received by the senior chef regarding portion size, quantity and quality as laid down in the recipe index.
Responsible for completing the daily checklist regarding miseenplace and food storage.
Attend daily and monthly meetings with the Senior Chef and other meetings as requested by the management.
Report any problems regarding failure of machinery and small equipment to the Chef de cuisine and to follow up and ensure the necessary work has been carried out.
Keep the section clean and tidy.
Pass all information to next shift
Check Commis Chefs on his/her section: e.g. regarding personal hygiene.
Assist the Senior Chef in composing new recipes and menu ideas.
Stock controlling and ordering including communication with suppliers accordingly to Senior chef instructions.
