    Summary of Responsibilities:

    Reporting to the Director of Sales Leisureresponsibilities and essential job functions include but are notlimited to the following:

    • Consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service
    • Ensure prompt and courteous service isextended to both internal and external customers
    • Ensure the achievement of sales objectives on a monthlyquarterly and yearly basis
    • Solicit corporatebusiness through action plan preparation and execution
    • Establish parameters quotes and negotiate pricesconfirming by written contracts
    • Participatein tradeshows conventions and promotional events within the hoteland trade related organizations as needed
    • Maintain accounts contacts activities and business details withinthe appropriate software applications
    • Workclosely with other departments to ensure all details of thecontract were delivered and Guests depart satisfied
    • Prepare weekly monthly quarterly and annual reports asrequired
    • Balance operational administrativeand Colleague needs
    • Follow departmentalpolicies and procedures
    • Follow all safetypolicies
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Previous Sales experience required
    • Computer literate in Microsoft Windowapplications and/or relevant computer applications required
    • University/College degree in a relateddiscipline preferred
    • Excellent communicationskills both written and verbal required
    • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
    • Highly responsible and reliable
    • Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm andcourteous at all times
