    The Technology Business analysts recommends the alignment information technology systems withbusiness operations by analyzing business needs and technology solutions to ensure optimal integrationand workflows.

    Performing system analyses onsoftware programs, applications, and web services in coordination with end userneeds, ensuring optimal functionality

    Participate in project review andanalyses needs, proving recommendation to Unit Head for system developmentprojects.

    Supports on integrating newsystems, programs, and applications with business operations and services.

    Works with end users to ensureunderstanding and workflows, particularly for new systems, programs, andapplications.

    Monitoring and report on productlicenses, ensuring compliance with any governmental or internal regulations orpolicies.

    Review hardware assets and ensurethey are compatible with new program roll outs.


    The Technology Analyst mustunderstand the business domain and translate technical language to terms thebusiness can identify with, integrating system language with business expertise.

    Must ensure inclusion on projectplanning within the business and become a trusted provider of technologicalsolutions to enhance business outcomes.

    Other duties as applicable to therole

    Collaboratewith internal and external stakeholders on related matters related tofacilitate flow of information to build awareness in those areas.

    Day-to-Day Operations Follow the day-to-day operationsset by the Line Manager section to ensure continuity of work and the deliveryof effective and high quality outputs.

    Report on a regular basis to the line manageron operational activities, challenges, hurdles and methods of resolution ormitigation etc. as required to keep the Line Manager informed and updated aboutthe unit's activities.
    EHS (Environment, Health andSafety)

    Comply with all relevant EHS guidelines,policies and procedures, by reporting incidents and hazards on a timely manner,and reduce consumption of natural resources to support in protecting theenvironment and ensure a healthy and safe work environment Change Management

    Support the creation of culturesusceptible to change management through a 'hands-on' and 'can-do' approach to Company'snew business opportunities, participating in the development of newinitiatives, meeting planned targets, and demonstrating preferredhigh-performance behaviors Requirements Qualification (e.g. Academic Qualification, Certifications, Licenses)

    A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology

    Advanced knowledge of programming languages , SQL and system integration solutions.

    Ability to facilitate internal end-user proficiency.

    Ability to design and maintain efficient customer portal support and feedback channels.

    Advanced knowledge of data security and encryption.

    Ability to keep up with IT advancements.

    Advanced communication skills toward facilitating the use of new software systems.

    Knowledge of relevant licensing and industry compliance regulations.

    Knowledge of security technologies such as IDS/IPS, vulnerability testing, threat intelligence andfirewalls

    Minimum of 1 year in a similar role (consultancy background desirable)#J-18808-Ljbffr
