- Manage and coordinate the day-to-dayEMS and if they are not fitted manage the energy modelmanually.
- Review and update annually the energypolicy and procedures.
- Prepare an annualactivity plan and present to management concerning financiallyattractive investments to reduce energycosts.
- Establish an energy conservationcommittee within Solutions Plus with management's consentabout the mandate and task of thecommittee.
- Initiate activities to improvemonitoring and process control to reduce energycosts.
- Analyse equipment performance withrespect to energy efficiency.
- Ensure properfunctioning and calibration of instrumentation required to assesslevel of energy consumption directly orindirectly.
- Prepare information material andconduct internal workshops about the topic for internal andexternal staff.
