Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Site Supervisor – Aluminum & Façade to oversee on-site installation activities for aluminum and façade projects. The candidate will ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines while coordinating with project teams and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily on-site aluminum and façade installation activities
- Ensure work complies with technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Coordinate with Project Manager, Engineers, and subcontractors for smooth execution
- Monitor workforce productivity and allocate tasks effectively
- Ensure timely delivery and proper handling of materials on site
- Conduct site inspections, safety checks, and report progress to management
- Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to the site team
- Maintain daily site reports, progress records, and material usage logs
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and UAE regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in aluminum and façade works in UAE
- Strong knowledge of curtain walls, glazing systems, cladding, doors, and windows
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- UAE driving license preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4, AED6,000.00 per month
