    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree inBusiness, Marketing, or related field.
    • 5+ yearsof sales experience.
    • Proven track record ofmeeting and exceeding sales targets in RealEstate.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal,and leadership skills.
    • Knowledge of CRMsoftware and sales processes.
    • Strongorganizational and problem-solvingskills.
    • Experience managing at least 10-20 RealEstate Agents at once
