Job Title: Computer and Mobile Service Technician

Overview: We're hiring a Computer and Mobile Service Technician with E-Commerce experience. The ideal candidate should be skilled in diagnosing and fixing computer and mobile device issues, and have expertise in CCTV, time attendance machines, and IT solutions.

Responsibilities:

Desktop and Laptop:

1. Diagnose and fix hardware/software issues.
2. Install/upgrade software and operating systems.
3. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing laptop and PC motherboards.
4. upgrade hardware components, such as RAM and hard disks for laptops and pc.
5. Assemble gaming PCs.
6. Familiarity in using hardware maintenance tools, including specialized equipment like heat guns.

Mobile Services:

1. Expertise in replacing screens on various mobile devices.
2. Capability to provide chip-level services for mobile devices.
3. Knowledge of replacing integrated circuits (ICs) and other mobile accessories.

E-Commerce:

1. Experience with Alibaba and AliExpress.
2. Knowledge of Amazon FBA.

Other Services:

1. Experience in installing and configuring CCTV systems.
2. Proficiency in setting up time attendance machines.
3. Ability to provide solutions for WiFi connectivity.
4. Cabling experience.

Salary: AED AED 2500 per month

Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. Relevant certifications and practical experience considered.
