    Description

    Sales:
    Effectively follow sales procedure and process to close a sale. Conduct field visits, van sales, understand customer's requirements and assess his current situation to establish product need, availability. Explain technical specifications, in relation to product performance, suitability & usage/application to customers.

    Follow up with payments as per set deadlines to ensure payment is received on time and customer credit is minimized.


    Business Development:

    Expand and strengthen customer base by maintaining a healthy relationship with existing customers through the best CRM practices advised by the line manager.

    Approach new ones in the assigned territory/ segment and follow up on the leads provided by the line manager. Conduct market activities (as advised by the line manager) including promotional activities, full product coverage and promote new products.


    Customer Satisfaction:
    Ensure customer satisfaction as per our Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) guidelines. Ensure performance improvement and increased customer satisfaction as per set standards by the Principle.


    Competition:
    Efficiently carry out market intelligence to monitor competitors' products, pricing and promotional activities versus own market share and communicate a summary of analysis of the market situation and competitor activities


    Product Display:
    Manage product display at Dealer Point of Sale (POS) to ensure enhancement of visual effectiveness


    Reports:

    Prepare and submit reports such as weekly plans, activity and results reports those related to issues resolution to the line manager and management review.


    Qualification:
    Diploma in Engineering or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
