    Description
    • Participate in regular meetingswith discipline counterpart for timely discipline activitycoordination & problems resolution asapplicable.
    • Communicate, after consulting theCommissioning Manager discipline specific updates/areas of concernon regular basis to the Operations SU Manager & to otherdisciplines within Project Management Team ifrequired.
    • Keep an overview on the Start Upsequence for his area, record & report on timely completionof the activities to the CommissioningManager.
    • Timely input into engineering leaveplanner & subsequent submittal of leave (after aligning ahandover to a deputy during the leaveperiod).
    • Address technical conflicts &disputes with Counterpart (CONTRACTOR/Operations) in a professional& systematic manner, relevant to governingspecifications/codes & actual situation.

    Health, Safety,Environment (HSE) and Sustainability

    • Comply with relevant HSE policies,procedures & controls and applicable legislation andsustainability guidelines in line with international standards,best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices.

    MIS andReports

    • Provide input to reports andstatements, including technical reports, related to the projectarea under his responsibility from aPre-Commissioning/Commissioning perspective to meet Projectrequirements, policies and standards.

    MinimumQualification

    • Bachelor's degree inChemical Engineering or equal throughexperience
    • Must be fluent in English language(Written & Spoken).

    Minimum Experience& Knowledge & Skills

    • Must have relevant years of practicalwork experience.
    • PetrochemicalExperience
    • Very good knowledge ofPre-Commissioning and Commissioning practices andworkflows.
    • Knowledge of relevant internationalstandards.
    • High degree of Computer Literacywith thorough experience of MS office, SAP and Project relatedSoftware.
    • Well-developed interpersonal,organizational, analytical, ethical, communication, team andnetworking skills.
    • Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills.
    • International &Multicultural oriented.
    • Ability to prioritizetasks.
