Office Assistant - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Gulf Realty
Description
Office care:
Organizing, maintaining the space and office supply; meeting guests.
- Documentation: legal documents, business operations documents, data entry, invoices, orders, printing etc.
- Monitor level of pantry & stationery supplies and handle shortages
- Ordering and distributing office supplies.
- Reviewing and updating office procedures to reduce errors and costs.
- Courier management.
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize.
- Supporting management & office staff with scanning & filing.
- Perform receptionist duties when needed. Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone calls.
- Equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
- Any other tasks/responsibilities of similar nature or level entrusted by reporting manager.
Salary:
AED1, AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- office aide: 1 year (preferred)
