Description

Office care:
Organizing, maintaining the space and office supply; meeting guests.

  • Documentation: legal documents, business operations documents, data entry, invoices, orders, printing etc.
  • Monitor level of pantry & stationery supplies and handle shortages
  • Ordering and distributing office supplies.
  • Reviewing and updating office procedures to reduce errors and costs.
  • Courier management.
  • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize.
  • Supporting management & office staff with scanning & filing.
  • Perform receptionist duties when needed. Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone calls.
  • Equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
  • Any other tasks/responsibilities of similar nature or level entrusted by reporting manager.

Salary:
AED1, AED2,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

- office aide: 1 year (preferred)
