YOUR CHALLENGE:


We're on the lookout for an exceptional
Brand Marketing Manager for our AUE team to catalyze the growth of our brand in the region.

As a company with a strong presence in 200 cities globally, Blacklane is poised to redefine chauffeuring with the recent launch of a novel, upscale service in Dubai.

This transformative period in our trajectory provides a thrilling opportunity to join our rapidly evolving team.


YOUR ROLE:


  • Collaborate in the execution of the overarching localized marketing strategy for the Middle East, a strategy designed to heighten brand visibility, attract new customers, and foster loyalty among existing Blacklane customers in the region.
  • Execute localized affiliate acquisition plan for the Middle East aimed at enhancing brand recognition, attracting new, and retaining existing customers.
  • Conceptualize, develop, and assess affiliate partnership content (including food & beverage, hotel, entertainment sectors and luxury brands) to amplify our outreach and customer conversion potential via partners' customer touch points (CRM, PoS)
  • Foster and manage brand partnerships and event activations, thereby bolstering our regional presence.
  • Manage the Implementation of the PR strategy and work with the agency to create compelling content for PR requirements, responding to media requests promptly and professionally.
  • Utilize data analysis and customer lifecycle insights to measure performance and address challenges and unveil new avenues for growth.
  • Collaborate with our global marketing team to meet and exceed departmental and company KPIs.

ABOUT YOU:


  • This role demands a broad spectrum of skills encompassing PR, event planning, branding, strategic thinking, content creation, and relationship management.
  • A minimum of 45 years of professional experience in a similar role, coupled with a proven track record of success.
  • Outstanding communication, copywriting skills, and a knack for creativity and attention to detail.
  • Proven expertise in managing multiple tasks, delivering results within tight deadlines, and handling marketing budgets effectively.
  • A basic understanding of SQL, enabling datadriven decisionmaking and an ability to work closely with our data team. Experience in forecasting and reporting results.
  • An exceptional team player with a penchant for open communication in a collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in English at a native level, while Arabic language skills are crucial.
