Established in 2008, our company is a wholesale foodstuff distributor based in the prominent wholesale market of Dubai. We have been dedicated to meeting the increasing demands of retail foodstuff establishments and distributors. Our specialization lies in dry foods, encompassing items such as Nuts, Dry Fruits, Spices, Pulses, and more.

With both import and export operations spanning across world, we are now poised to expand our presence in MENA countries.

We are actively seeking for a Front Office & Admin Executive to join our team immediately.


This role is responsible for manning front office that will include reception, calls, visitors and providing other admin related support being a part of the Admin department.


Responsibilities:


  • Managing front office / reception in professional way to reflect high standards
  • Attending and assisting visitor in arranging desired meetings with respective members
  • Attending calls in professional manner and connecting the calls / relevant information internally and externally
  • Assisting in office management and office upkeep including daily housekeeping routine
  • Assisting Management Team in basic secretarial tasks like calendar management and communication on their
- behalf

  • Maintaining admin reports as directed and guided such as expenses and consumption
  • Managing office meetings rooms for scheduling
  • Managing office pantry, office supplies and housekeeping staff including office boys
  • Managing office stationery stocks, disbursements and procurements as advised
  • Ensuring basis services are provided to all the staff, visitors and company guests
  • Responsible for managing utilities services and payments including making complaints and getting services fixed
- from suppliers

  • Responsible for managing company official SIM cards issuance and collections for staff and keeping a record.
  • Keeping records of company licenses and permits and initiating their renewals before expiries through relevant departments
  • Assisting in Admin / Employee related events like new joiners, staff celebrations etc
  • Assisting in other Admin areas / tasks as and when assigned.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 25 years of experience as Front Office Staff/Admin.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
  • Willing to join Immediately.
  • Efficient in Micro soft.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
