- Sales and Customer Engagement:

- Conduct test drives and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles.
- Sales Targets:
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the dealership.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Continuously update knowledge of the luxury and sports car market, including competitor offerings.
- Documentation and Follow-Up:
- Prepare and finalize sales documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Follow up with customers post-sales to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the specifications, features, and benefits of luxury and sports car models.
- Provide accurate and detailed information to customers, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in luxury and sports cars.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Familiarity with Dubai's automotive market and customer expectations.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
