    Responsibilities:

    1. Sales and Customer Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing a personalized and consultative sales experience.
    • Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable luxury and sports car options.
    • Conduct test drives and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles.
    1. Sales Targets:
    • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the dealership.
    • Utilize effective sales techniques to convert leads into sales opportunities.
    • Continuously update knowledge of the luxury and sports car market, including competitor offerings.
    1. Documentation and Follow-Up:
    • Prepare and finalize sales documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations.
    • Follow up with customers post-sales to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
    1. Product Knowledge:
    • Stay updated on the specifications, features, and benefits of luxury and sports car models.
    • Provide accurate and detailed information to customers, addressing inquiries and concerns.

    Requirements:

    1. Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in luxury and sports cars.
    2. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    4. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
    5. Familiarity with Dubai's automotive market and customer expectations.
    6. Valid UAE driving license.
    7. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
