Job Responsibilities:
a

• Learn and know Panerai history, creations, and on going Brand activity to share with the local sales team.

b

• Plan, organize and coordinate all retail and wholesale trainings.

All administration should be done on our internal toolsc

• Train all teams on Panerai Brand, creations and know how with the objective to teach how to sell to our clients.

Job Requirements:
a-A minimum of 7 years' experience and proven track record in a training management position within the Luxury Goods, Services and hospitality industryb-Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to solve problem and offer proven and sound suggestionsc-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be diplomatic, persuasive and motivating with others in a consistent manner
