Description

As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth within the Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering industry in UAE.

You will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients, promoting our products and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:
Actively prospect and target new clients

Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Sales Targets:
Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, with a focus on revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.

Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business growth.

Sales Presentations:
Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products and services to potential clients.

Negotiations:
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the internal team to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

Reporting:
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the Sales Manager and senior management.


Requirements:


Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of successful sales experience, with a focus on the HORECA industry in UAE.

Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with the HORECA sector, including key players, market dynamics, and trends in UAE.

Sales Skills:
Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to build and nurture client relationships.

Results-Oriented:
Highly motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Communication:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Adaptability:
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and identify innovative sales strategies.

UAE Experience:
Familiarity with the business environment in Dubai and the UAE.

Valid UAE Driver's License:
A valid UAE driver's license.
