The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company by identifying and nurturing leads, establishing and managing sales channels, and expanding our market reach.
This position requires a strong understanding of the blockchain industry and the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential clients and partners.
- Utilize various methods, including online research, networking, and outbound communication, to generate leads.
Event and Activity:
- Host small scale offline events REGULARLY with the support of the marketing team
- Build relationship with local crypto players and enage them as sponsors for our local events
- Targeted participants are mainly crypto exchanges, project teams, KOLs, and crypto industry service providers.
- Promote ChainUp brand and build up local crypto relationship network.
Support for the sales and marketing teams:
- Understand the requirements of the customer and help Sales to convert the sales lead generated
- Support the marketing team to localize the company's marketing materials / content / website and logistics support for the companysponsored industry exhibitions.
Sales Channel Development:
- Identify and establish sales channels, including partnerships, resellers, and distributors, to reach new markets and customers.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create and implement effective channel sales strategies.
- Manage and nurture relationships with channel partners to ensure a productive and mutually beneficial partnership.
Qualifications:
- BDs of crypto exchanges and project teams or local KOLs are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Arabic is a must, while fluency in either English or Chinese.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
- Selfmotivated, goaloriented, and resultsdriven.
Salary:
Up to AED5,500.00 per month
