    Role:

    • Growmaintain convert and track a healthy pipeline of Large Market/B2Bopportunities for the FI. Meet and exceed KPIs on Pipeline ValueConversion rate timetorevenue and Y1/Y2revenue.
    • Develop sales contents for the FIutilizing MA material to shape and influence the messaging andnarrative
    • Create drive and win deals withFinancial Institution (FI) partners (for both card &invoice led flows)
    • Take responsibility fortraining the sales teams inside the FI partners and supportingtheir ongoing product knowledge development to enable them to sellinto their customer base.
    • Define the salesopportunities and the prospects for the bank in alignment with theMA strategy for the bank including OTA and B2B flows between theBuyers and Suppliers
    • Engage & identifythe right stakeholders at the bank to grow the business forMA
    • Identify and prioritize prospectslists
    • Create sales pipeline and liaise with theCommercial BD team to ensure that all opportunities are recordedand updated in SFDC
    • Lead sales discussions andpitch Clients products to end customers
    • Supportoperational onboarding of new customers by engaging the MA ProgramManagement Commercial Team
    • Follow up withonboarded customers to ensure activation and first usage andidentify what the issues and challenges are and engage with therelevant Commercial Product team to give feedback andresolution
    • Where it is optimal undertake DirecttoCorporate (D2C) activities working directly with LargeMarket/MidMarket corporates that have significant procurementactivity.
    • Follow up with onboarded customers toensure activation and first usage and identify what the issues andchallenges are and engage with the relevant Commercial Product teamto give feedback and resolution
    • Review andrecommend improvements to both the bank andMA
    • Monitor results and propose improvementmeasures
    • Report results to Top Management viadashboard to be shared with MA Commercialteam
    • Provide regular status updates to Clientsmanagement on progress against KPIsthrough:
      • Progressupdate meetings
      • Steering committeemeetings
      • Regular reporting on progressstatus
    • LeverageMastercard assets and resources when applicable to deliver thesupport on the abovementionedresponsibilities

    Qualifications/expectationsrequired:

    • Strongunderstanding of the commercial and corporate cards businessspanning different industries (Travel Oil & Gas Educationetc. ) (required)
    • 1012 years Relevant sales andbusiness development experience in commercial cards(required)
    • Strong team player results drivenand high level of energy &initiative
    • People managementskills
    • Excellent written and verbalcommunication in English (Arabic is aplus)
    • Selfmotivated with a demonstrated trackrecord of success
      Ability to interact with externalclients
      Successful salesperson with ability to generateand follow up on leads independently
      Good communicationskills and active participation to contribute to teamsettings
