TikTok Agency LIVE Host Agent/ Talent Scout/ Host Operation
Arabic Speaker TIKTOK technical hiring expert in signing, screening and recommending potential influencers in UAE. Must have a background in various social platforms and channels (local Dubai or Middle East, online and offline channels especially TIK TOK).
Job Requirements:
Prior experience as a TikTok agency entertainment live broadcast talent scout, casting agent, or signed agent is a MUST.
Have the ability to excavate, select roles, and communicate sales
In-depth knowledge of Social Media and New Media (TIK TOK etc)
Finding, signing, screening and contacting potential influencers on various social LIVE platforms and channels preferably local Dubai or Middle East, online and offline channels.
Communicate and provide a reasonable plan to complete the signing and cooperation of the joining company organizationEnhancement of host influence
Improve the influence of signed hosts, including LIVE effect, online audience, and fan conversion improvement
Maintain a good cooperative relationship between the company and the signed host
Revenue result in improvement through collaborative management of host issues and needs during operation and
Collaboratively improve the revenue growth of the signed hostResponsibilities:
Talent Search and Signing:
Identify and contact potential influencers on various social platforms and channels (locally in Dubai or the Middle East, both online and offline).
Communicate and provide reasonable proposals to successfully sign contracts and establish cooperation with the influencers.
