Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

Collaborate with the project team to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate project activities, resources, and personnel to ensure timely and successful project execution.
Monitor project progress and performance against established objectives and deliverables.

Technical Expertise:

Possess a solid understanding of steel structure and/or tensile shade construction principles, materials, and techniques.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams as needed.
Review project specifications, drawings, and designs to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

Quality Assurance and Control:

Work closely with QA/QC personnel to resolve qualityrelated issues and implement corrective actions.

Communication and Stakeholder Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internally throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between all departments to ensure alignment on project goals, requirements, and expectations.
Address any concerns or issues raised by stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and uptodate project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, RFI and progress reports.
Prepare regular project status reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Engineer, or similar role in steel structure and/or tensile shade projects.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent technical knowledge of steel structure and/or tensile shade construction methods, materials, and systems.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay:
AED5, AED8,000.00 per month
