Job Description
A multiskilled technician is primarily responsible forthe Preventive Corrective & Reactive maintenance of HVACequipment of the GMG property assets. He is also responsible forpreventive & reactive maintenance of Electrical andPlumbing equipment present at assigned sites. A multiskilledtechnician must maintain a proactive approach while working at theassigned sites and make sure of the sites are operational withoutany delayed downtime in MEP equipment.
1.Understand the complaints/issues carry out all the relevantequipments to the site diagnose the situation and the repair needscarry out repair replacement and maintenance works asdirected/needed.
2. Responsible to carry outPlanned Preventive Maintenance Reactive Maintenance CorrectiveMaintenance Breakdown maintenance Troubleshooting Installation& commissioning of all MEP equipments and systems includingChillers AHUs FCUs Package Units VRF VAVs Ductable Split UnitsDecorative Split AC Units Window AC Units Pumps Centrifugal/axialfans fixed fans Electrical equipments including DBs Control PanelsLighting Power Cabling Earthing and Plumbing equipments includingPumps Sanitary wares water fixtures water heating and cooling etc.whichever is installed at his assigned site.
3. Respond to all inquiries in a courteous and professional manner;provide information within the area of assignment; resolvecomplaints in an efficient and timely manner.
4. Complete the PPMs and Work Orders as per provided schedule.
5. Organize work and equipments in a skilledand professional manner.
6. Maintain logs forall work performed while on duty and make sure no breakdownrectification gets delayed.
7. Ensureadherence to safe working conditions and highlight any issues thatmay lead to unsafe working conditions.
8.Provide assistance during emergencies by operating floodlightsgenerators placing flare etc.
