    We are currently bidding for a prestigious project in the United Arab Emirates that requires a Facilities Manager with expertise in Soft Services Facilities Management. The hiring process is subject to contract award.

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Manage daily service delivery and performance of the Soft Services Department, encompassing Cleaning & Window Cleaning, Pest Control, Waste Management, Timetabling, Service Desk, and Administration Departments.
    • Lead, support, and coach internal team members to deliver services aligned with company and client objectives.
    • Develop monthly activity reports as required by senior management and other stakeholders to ensure optimal delivery across all identified areas of service.
    • Engage regularly with internal stakeholders and customers to understand their future needs and expectations regarding provided services.
    • Conduct Key Performance Indicator (KPI) or Service Level Agreement (SLA) inspections and provide service delivery reports to senior management.
    • Maintain a register of statutory and legal compliance regulations relevant to Soft Services Operations, ensuring adherence at all times.
    • Proactively identify and monitor risks associated with Contractual and Departmental Outputs of the Soft Services Department, escalating as necessary.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent planning abilities, analytical approach to problem-solving, and knowledge of built environment technology.
    • Excellent communication skills at all levels, with strong technical knowledge, advice, and guidance to support clients and key stakeholders.
    • Experience working with multi-agency stakeholders.
    • Highly motivated, flexible individual with energy and drive.

    Specific Requirements:

    • Five years of experience in a similar role within a dynamic and complex environment, with specific experience related to Soft Services facility management operations.
    • Five-Seven years of experience in a senior role in consultancy services.
    • Hold a degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
    • Qualification in project management/project methodology (PMP, Prince 2) preferred.
    • Certification in BICS/ISSA desirable.
