- To attend all laundry anddry-cleaning operations, following the hotel standards andprocedures.
- To follow the linen and uniformslaundry flows and to respect the established cycles andinstructions.
- To have a full knowledge of allthe textiles and their proper care.
- To use allthe machines and equipment with proper knowledge, care andmaintenance.
- To handle and store chemicals withproper care, and to use correct formulas, following all healthy andsafety regulations.
- To immediately report tosuperior any damage or malfunctioning in the laundry equipment oroperations, including linen and uniformsstatus.
- To maintain the cleanliness andorderliness of the working area and stores.
- Toensure proper handling of lost and founditems.
- To participate in monthlyinventories.
- To follow up daily checklists.
- To respect the telephone etiquette asper Sofitel standards.
- To report any guestcomment or complaint.
- To respect schedules,terms and deadlines as agreed with theManagement.
- To read and complete the laundryLogbooks and reports.
- To be entirely flexibleand adapt to rotate within the different sub sections of theHousekeeping Department.
- To carry out any otherreasonable duties as assigned by the Laundry Supervisor andAssistant Laundry Manager.
