Role :
Junior Accountant

Expereince - 2-3 years

Salary AED

UAE Valid driving license is must.

Job Responsibilities

  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
  • Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
  • Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
  • Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
  • Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
  • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
  • Assist with other accounting projects
  • Be responsible for the management of the Accounts system.
  • Forecast and manage the company's budgets.
  • General bookkeeping, including keeping track of receipts, payments and other financial transactions.
  • Process and reconcile supplier accounts, journals, accounts, petty cash and VAT reports.
  • Collaborate with other teams regarding Financial processes.

Requirements:


  • 23 years of work experience in Accounts.
  • BCom Accounts or Degree in Accounts or Finance.
  • Excellent in Excel Microsoft office.
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of Accounts principles.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Self determined, keen to learn new and grow in career.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month
