Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
• Provide menu recommendations and take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to their needs promptly and courteously.

Order Processing:

• Enter orders into the POS system accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Handle special requests and dietary restrictions with care and attention to detail.

Cash Handling:

• Process guest payments using cash, credit/debit cards, or other payment methods.
• Calculate bills accurately and provide guests with receipts.
• Reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies.

Upselling and Promotion:

• Promote daily specials, promotions, and upsell additional menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
• Knowledgeably answer questions about menu items and offer suggestions based on guest preferences.

Cleaning and Organization:

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
• Assist with basic cleaning tasks such as wiping surfaces and organizing utensils and glassware.
• Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene standards are upheld at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a waiter, cashier, or in customer service roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and cash handling.
• Own visa or freelancer status required.
