    Job Description

    Lead Role will be responsible for managing and IT Infrastructure management, Application Management, and service delivery. Domain expertise on IT Infrastructure & Delivery, Cloud & System Administration, and Datacentre Operations, and successfully managed multiple projects involving Planning, Implementation and Support.

    This position required Managing systems in Public, Private and on-premises cloud technologies - Involved in designing, implementing, securing, and maintaining the computer systems for its test, development, DR and production environment. To identify and analyse the issues that hamper the performance of the system, to work in close coordination with the product development team and recommend solutions for the issues. System Health checks, capacity reviews, data collection, analysis, reporting & fine-tuning

    Strategic Responsibilities

    • Responsible for Managing, creating, modifying, maintaining, supporting infrastructure, and optimizing cost. In charge of Individual, integrated system components and solutions that enable business functions and IT Services
    • Working closely with management to understand their business requirements, mapping with technology, and design the solution sometime independently or by collaborating with internal teams and vendors.
    • Design and deploy Cloud services to meet the project requirement, baselining and configuration to meet security compliance, and governance requisite of business.
    • Administer and monitor cloud resources in company subscription.

    Core Responsibilities

    Infrastructure and Application Management

    Responsible for Managing, creating, modifying, maintaining, supporting infrastructure, and optimizing cost. In charge of Individual, integrated system components and solutions that enable business functions and IT Services. Balance availability, security, efficiency, and functional requirements to help provide an optimized production service. Identify and manage existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and ensure these risks are effectively identified and escalated to be measured, monitored, and controlled.

    Cloud Admin

    Tasks Include implementing, Managing and Monitoring identity, Governance storage, compute, and virtual networks in a cloud environment, plus provisioning, sizing, monitoring, and adjusting resources, when needed.

    SAS Admin

    Responsible for installation, configuration, security management and maintenance of various SAS products. Additional tasks may include user support and troubleshooting of the underlying operating systems.

    Change Management

    Accountable for initiating, preparing, and submitting change requests, support collection of the necessary project / business information and engaging with the concerned stakeholders before the change request is assigned to the change tester. In addition, partners with the change management team to support impact assessment by collecting data and communicating with other stakeholders.

    Risk Management

    Coordinating with IT Risk management team and analyse the possible risk, evaluate each risk by considering application criticality. Create contingency plans to manage risk, present recommendation, assist in implementation of solutions and plans.

    Technical Project Management

    Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Candidate must possess at least a Graduate or bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
    • Additional certifications in various scripting language.
    • Additional certifications in various OS.
    • Technical knowledge in application management and various H/W devices.

    Minimum Experience:

    • Minimum 10+ years of experience in managing a large infrastructure in a financial services organization.
    • Typically, 5 or more years of relevant any cloud and Infrastructure management
