Description

Monitor the supply chain of multiple retail brand products, follow up on the shipping and air freight situation from China to the UAE.

Assist the company's management in supervising the warehouse workflow, improving warehouse efficiency and accuracy.

Facilitate communication between the company's IT and warehouse staff to monitor and resolve any anomalies within the warehouse system.

Monitor warehouse capacity, enhancing warehouse utilization.

Supervise the delivery from warehouse to stores, increasing logistics on-time delivery.


岗位职责:

- 监控公司多个零售品牌产品供应链,跟进商品从中国到阿联酋的船运及空运情况。
- 协助公司管理层监管仓库工作流程,提高仓库工作效率和准确率。
- 协助公司 IT 与仓库人员进行沟通,以监控和解决仓库系统中的异常问题。
- 监控仓库库容情况,提高仓库的利用率。
- 监管仓库到门店出货的情况,提高物流的准交率。


岗位要求:

- 熟练使用中文,英文(会需要英语面试)。
- 要有较好的逻辑能力,能较好的理解仓库及仓库系统的运行逻辑。
- 接受不定期去仓库出差(仓库在沙迦,公司有车从迪拜来回沙迦,上午去,下午回)。
- 能使用excel等办公软件。
- 对仓库运营有经验或有了解的优先。


Requirements:


  • Proficient in both Chinese and English (English interview required).
  • Good logical skills, able to understand the operational logic of warehouses and warehouse systems.
  • Open to occasional visits to the warehouse (located in Sharjah with company transportation from Dubai to Sharjah, morning departures and afternoon returns).
  • Proficient in Excel and other office software.
  • Experience or familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus.

Salary:
AED5, AED7,000.00 per month
