Job Title:MarTech Engineer

JobOverview: As a Marketing Technologist you will beresponsible for integrating technology solutions into the marketingfunction ensuring seamless alignment between marketing goals andtechnological capabilities. You will collaborate with bothmarketing and IT teams to implement and optimize marketingtechnology stacks automate processes and drive datadrivendecisionmaking.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Marketing TechnologyIntegration:

Evaluate select andimplement marketing technologies such as CRM systems marketingautomation platforms analytics tools and other relevantsolutions.

Integrate various marketing tools tocreate a cohesive and efficient marketing technologystack.

Ensure smooth data flow and communicationbetween different marketing systems.

• Data Management andAnalytics:

Oversee data collectionstorage and management processes to ensure accurate and reliablemarketing data.

Utilize analytics tools toderive insights from marketing data and provide actionablerecommendations for optimizing campaigns andstrategies.

• Automation and WorkflowOptimization:

Develop and implementautomated marketing processes to streamline workflows and increaseoperational efficiency.

Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to identify opportunities for automationwithin marketing campaigns and initiatives.

• Collaboration with ITTeams:

Work closely with ITprofessionals to ensure the integration and compatibility ofmarketing systems with existing infrastructure.

Collaborate on security protocols data privacy compliance and otherITrelated considerations.

• Trainingand Support:

Provide training andsupport to marketing teams on using various marketingtechnologies.

Stay updated on industry trendsand best practices in marketing technology and share knowledge withrelevant stakeholders.

• PerformanceMonitoring and Optimization:

Monitorthe performance of marketing campaigns and technologysolutions.

Implement optimizations based ondatadriven insights to enhance overall marketingeffectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in marketing Information Technology or arelated field.
• Proven experience in marketingtechnology implementation and integration.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms CRMsystems analytics tools and other relevant technologies.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaborationabilities.
• Uptodate knowledge of industrytrends in marketingtechnology.

PreferredSkills:

• Experiencewith specific marketing technologies relevant to the industry (e.g.HubSpot Salesforce Google Analytics Zapier ChatGPT Google Big QueryFacebook Developer Platform Instapage etc.).
• Certification in relevant marketingtechnologies.
• Programming and scripting skills(e.g. JavaScript Python) for customization and integrationpurposes.
