Description

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a BIM Architect in consultancy firms in the GCC region, preferably with a focus on architectural projects.
Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit, with a strong emphasis on architectural modeling, documentation, and coordination.
Solid understanding of BIM methodologies, processes, and workflows, with experience in implementing BIM standards and protocols within consultancy firms.
Experience in leading and coordinating BIM projects, including BIM execution planning, model management, and interdisciplinary coordination.
Familiarity with local codes, regulations, and standards governing architectural design and construction in the GCC region.
Lead the implementation and execution of BIM processes and workflows for architectural projects within the consultancy firm, ensuring compliance with project requirements, standards, and best practices.
Collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, designers, and BIM coordinators, to establish BIM project requirements, goals, and deliverables from inception to completion.
Oversee the development and management of BIM models and documentation for architectural projects, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with project scope, schedule, and budget.
Conduct regular model audits, quality checks, and coordination reviews to verify model accuracy, resolve clashes, and optimize design coordination between disciplines.
Coordinate and liaise with external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities, to exchange BIM data and facilitate project collaboration and coordination.

Salary:
AED6, AED8,500.00 per month
