Description

Responsiblitites:
1) Allocation of site vehicles & teams.

2) Coordination with different department and team for the daily site activities.

3) Arranging vehicle, as per site requirements.

4) Data Entries in ERP (PR, PO, Stock).

5) Invoice submission to accounts.

6) Arrangement of passes, materials, manpower & vehicle for site.

7) Vehicle GPS cross verification.

8) Time sheet / Manpower in ERP.

9) Support to prepare the quotations


Pre-requisites:

Education:
Bachelor Degree/Diploma

2-3 years of similar work experience in UAE


Salary:
AED2, AED2,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Al Hamriyah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
