    We are currently seeking a number of real estate agents – including Real Estate team Leaders.

    Dubai, UAE - As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for managing daily leads and generating sales for the company, while maintaining good customer relationships and high-class service to the UAE, USA, Europe, CIS, and other markets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
    • Show various properties to prospective buyers in order to showcase options and help them find the right property
    • Stay updated on real estate market trends and changes in regulations
    • Processing incoming/out-coming calls from potential clients
    • Effectively managing client enquiries, concerns, and objections
    • Evaluate the client's desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions
    • Maintaining sales targets set by the Team Lead

    Key Requirements:

    • Excellent English communication skills, Russian, Arabic speaking will be an advantage
    • Should be based in Dubai/UAE
    • Minimum1-2 years experience in Real Estate industry (UAE)
    • Proven track record of Real Estate Sales
    • Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills
    • Well-presented and a good work ethics
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially email communication
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
