Description

We are seeking a passionate and self-driven Team Leader - Tele calling who is required to exercise leadership, demonstrate vision, and empower others to deliver client's offerings.

In this role, you will work closely with our client's founding and leadership members, as well as other stakeholders from the academic ecosystem, to meet the organization's objective.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for strategic planning, requirements gathering, sales cycle, internal and external partner management.
Run a full sales cycle and close new business to consistently meet or exceed set targets.
Develop and execute against a strategic plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline, driving new business with untapped customers.
Develop sales targets and reports.
Develop strategic partnerships with schools (B2B) and onboard them basis their requirements.
Achieve targets in a focused, performance driven and competitive environment.
Conduct market research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Monitor and guide selfperformance and team performance while keeping track of factors like conversion, revenue generated per lead, revenue per sale, etc.
Establish, develop, and maintain partnership networks for the effective deployment and marketing of various products and services from platform.

Skills & Requirements:

At least 5 years of business development experience in a team leader position, with a total experience of 10 years.
Exceptional communicator and influencer who can deliver sales pitch confidently.
High level of initiative, motivation, and ability to network both internally and externally to identify business opportunities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Flexible working hours as per business needs. Compensation
Salary will be 9000 AEDs per month plus incentives if target is exceeded.

Salary:
Up to AED9,000.00 per month
