Responsibilities:
Online store:
- Products listing on the website
- Online orders fulfilment: packing, documents preparation
Physical Outlet:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Visual merchandising and maintaining outstanding store condition
- Assist customers during shopping and recommend/display items that match their needs
- Manage pointofsale processes
- Keep up to date with product information
- Follow all company's policies and procedures
2. Requirements and skills
- Proven working experience in retail sales
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English
- Customer service focus
- Friendly, helpful, professional, and engaging personality
- Basic administration skills
- Visa: Employment Visa with NOC letter
Salary:
AED800.00 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
