    Job Description

    The role involves leading a complex cross-functional regulatory change project for the UAE affiliate with ADGM Financial Services Regulatory Authority in ADGM.

    This requires ensuring our products platforms and services remain compliant with evolving global regulatory frameworks while driving business value and operational resilience.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Own end-to-end delivery of UAE local regulatory change project ensuring alignment with strategic objectives regulatory timelines and risk appetite.
    • Engage and influence senior stakeholders and C-Suite across Compliance Legal Risk Operations and Technology to ensure programme success.

    A highly experienced Programme Manager is required to lead this complex project. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on regulatory or compliance-driven change, along with experience working in financial services fintech or similarly regulated industries.


    A proven track record in programme/project management is essential, as well as leadership influencing stakeholder engagement skills at C-suite level. Experience working cross-functional teams within global organisations is also desirable. Excellent analytical problem-solving communication skills are necessary to present to various audiences motivate others lead change. Ability to work under pressure meeting project timeframes Professional certifications e.g., MSP PMP PRINCE Agile are desired but not mandatory A bachelor's degree in any relevant field can be beneficial.
