Key Responsibilities:

Design, plan, and arrange bespoke travel packages and itineraries based on client preferences.
Offer expert advice on destinations, accommodation, tours, and travel methods.
Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destination information, and safety advisories.
Handle bookings, invoices, and issue travel documents to clients.
Provide pretravel and intravel support to clients, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
Manage relationships with travel partners and vendors to secure the best rates and services.
Resolve any travelrelated issues or complaints with professionalism and care.
Contribute to marketing efforts and promote travel packages through various channels.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Travel Consultant, with a minimum of 1 year in the role.
Extensive knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
Strong sales skills and customeroriented approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in travel booking systems and software.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is preferred.
