    Having built and continuouslyexpanding our footprint in the Asset Intensive Market across EMEAwe have an opening for a REGIONAL SALESMANAGER to develop and execute a gotomarket sales strategy across the GCC.

    Region & Language:

    Youll be working between your home and our local officeand have responsibility for sales in the UAE. You may also berequired to cover specific opportunities across the GCC. Businessfluency in English essential Arabic is desirable.

    Responsibilities:

    Asone of Copperleafs Sales team you will drive the identification andqualification of opportunities while executing account strategy andgenerating license support and services revenues in theregion.

    You will be building facilitating andmaintaining successful relationships with customers which will bemeasured by their referenceability customer satisfaction levelsincreased revenue levels and overall account penetration.

    Your role will include the followingactivities:

    • Identify pursue andclose new sales opportunities through the successful execution ofthe sales process
    • Actively engage withprospective clients and stakeholders to develop relationships at asenior executive level with key decision makers
    • Work with the widerCopperleaf team (e.g. Technical Sales Sales Leadership Marketingetc.) to understand prospects current business practices andstrategic drivers develop and identify pain points and create avision for solving these key pain points
    • Continuously gather knowledge of competitors and how toeffectively position our solution
    • Drive asales process that will highlight our solution as a strategicadvantage to the prospect
    • Routinely discussand communicate opportunity plan sales strategy with other membersof the account team as well as field and corporatemanagement
    • Maintain an accurate and documentedpipeline of opportunities (prospects and suspects) withinCRM
    • Attend industry functions such asassociation events and conferences and provide feedback andinformation on market and creative trends

    About You:

    • Youre an expert in solution selling and value basedselling methodologies
    • You know how to navigatecomplex organizations and have general familiarity withconsultative selling training methodologies for ComplexSales.
    • You have experience and are comfortableselling enterprise software to C level executives
    • You can position new business within the account bydeveloping communicating and driving effective selling strategiesthat are based on valid customerspecific valueproposition
    • You have dynamic presentationskills ability to articulate customer problems and challenges andthen link them to the value proposition
    • Youenjoy travelling and are willing to spend up to 50% of your timevisiting clients or attending industry events in theregion
    • Experience in Asset Intensiveindustries is mandatory
    • Experience in theO&G industry is a plus
    • You have abachelors degree in an engineering or analyticaldiscipline
