    As Talent AcquisitionAssociate you will play a crucial role in identifying attractingand acquiring toptier talent to support the growth and success oftheir diverse investment portfolio. This position requiresrecruitment experience within the world of investing either withina wellknown agency or inhouse in a fund/ investment bank.What the job involves
    • Develop andimplement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned withbroader investment objectives
    • Utilise variousplatforms to identify and attract highcalibre candidates within theMiddle East and global talent pool
    • Manageendtoend recruitment processes including candidate sourcingscreening interviewing and offer negotiation
    • Collaborate with leadership and internal stakeholders tounderstand current and future talent needs specific to investmentgoals
    • Cultivate and maintain relationshipswith regional and international recruitment agencies search firmsand other talent sources
    • Conduct thoroughinterviews in order to assess cultural fit technical expertise andlongterm aspirations
    Who we are looking for
    • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration / Management / Humanities / orequivalent
    • CIPD or other relevant HRqualification (highly desirable)
    • Relevantexperience in international expat recruitment
    • Skilled in the use of recruitment CRM software
    • Is familiar with the business terminology used ininvestment management
    • Is familiar with themain industry players and has a high level understanding of theirAUM key players and organisational set up as relevant in arecruitment context
    • Is well versed in the useof the various sourcing channels
    • Has a solidunderstanding of the legal context as pertaining to UAE labour lawemployment contracts recruitment agreements
