    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Dubai. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for technical support, generating new sales leads, customer relationship management, order fulfilment, and sales forecasting. The Sales Engineer will also use technical knowledge to support the sales team by identifying customer needs and recommending or developing engineering solutions.

    Qualifications

    • Sales Engineering and Sales skills, including experience in generating new sales leads, customer relationship management, and sales forecasting
    • Technical Support skills, including experience with electronic and electrical system troubleshooting and maintenance
    • Communication skills, including verbal and written communication for effective customer engagement, presentation skills for public speaking and technical training, and proficiency in using business productivity software
    • Customer Service skills, including experience in order fulfilment, warranty claims, and escalation management
    • Qualifications in Engineering, Electronics, or related field
    • Experience in industrial automation or in technical sales is an advantage
