• Ensures all work follows safe workpractices and procedures
• Responds immediatelyto all work requests which concern Health andSafety
• Responds to guest requests promptly in aprofessional and courteous manner
• Operates,maintains and repairs all audio, visual, lighting and relatedequipment
• Ensures the optimum performance ofall A/V and lighting related equipment by effectively following thepreventive maintenance routine
• Evaluates andappropriately responds to equipment usage and energyefficiency
• Completes all work orders with duediligence
  • Maintains a daily log bookhighlighting problems and solutions; andactivities
  • Maintain A/V and lighting shopdrawings and files
  • Maintain equipment catalogueand taggingdirectories
• Completestasks as assigned by AV Supervisor / ShiftSupervisor
• Maintains health and safetydocumentation and records for the assignedarea
• Reports and documents potential safetyhazards
• Participates as directed in theemergency response team
  

Qualifications

PERSONALATTRIBUTES

• Good basicEnglish.
• Experience and knowledge of modernhotel rooms facilities equipment andset-ups.
