We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Secretary.

As a crucial member of our administrative staff, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.


Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to management and other staff members, including handling phone calls, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings.

Record Keeping: Maintain and organize records, files, and documents. Keep confidential information secure and accessible as needed.

Office Management: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and general office organization. Assist in creating a positive and efficient working environment.

Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel plans, including booking accommodations, transportation, and preparing necessary travel documentation.

Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and take minutes. Distribute minutes and follow up on action items.

Data Entry: Input and update information in databases, spreadsheets, and other systems as required.


Salary:
From AED2,500.00 per month
