    About This Opportunity

    We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Associate in a prestigious 5-star hotel located in Dubai, UAE.

    Job Description:

    • Ensure seamless communication between kitchen staff and front-of-house teams, addressing any issues that may arise and facilitating efficient service flow.
    • Critically evaluate each dish before it leaves the kitchen to guarantee adherence to restaurant standards for taste, presentation, and portion size.
    • Maintain precise timing for each course, guaranteeing dishes are prepared and plated according to our exacting standards.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen within the UAE, preferably from an Italian or 5-star restaurant, with a strong background in line cooking and leadership/supervisory roles.
    • Demonstrated leadership ability to manage kitchen staff, maintain organization, and execute orders efficiently during peak service times.
