Founded in 2016, we are a multidisciplinary team of communications strategists, storytellers, PR executives, and creatives, building personal and executive brands for high-profile entrepreneurs, CEOs, and personalities by managing their personal communication strategies & campaigns, social media channels, keynotes on stage and media coverage.

We seek a talented social media executive to manage our clients' social media accounts.


You will be responsible for posting, tracking, and monitoring posts on an ongoing basis; establishing and maintaining the content calendar schedule for each client; identifying and maximizing keywords/hashtags to drive traffic and maximize SEO; overseeing community management to increase engagement; and reporting monthly results based on relevant parameters.


As a social media executive, we also expect you to be up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.

You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our clients' views creatively.


Ultimately, you should be able to ideate and implement ways to increase web traffic and customer engagement, including making practical recommendations on how to enhance both paid and unpaid social media strategies and tactics.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct a detailed audit of each of the clients' digital and social media channels, in addition to the clients' online presence on Google and recommend ways to improve visibility as well as organic engagement.
  • Recommend effective and relevant social media strategies and channels to align with each client's unique branding or marketing goals.
  • Take complete responsibility for timely posting, tracking, and monitoring of posts by establishing and maintaining the content calendar schedule for client.
  • Identify keywords/hashtags to drive traffic and maximize SEO as well as oversee community management to increase engagement, including responding to followers and flagging any comments for the client and Prestidge Group's crisis response team that violate LinkedIn, Twitter or Facebook's respective online codes of conduct.
  • Elevate the online brands of each client while working collaboratively with each department within Prestidge Group to ascertain topics, angles of approach, methods to best represent content visually, and ways to ensure the clients messages go viral.
  • Develop and present clear data
  • Analyse and measure the performance of each clients' social posts and engagements and find ways to maximize reach and effectiveness.
  • Brainstorm story ideas for clients' monthly social and reviewing content to make it more hashtag and SEOfriendly.
  • Recommend, design, and implement social media strategies to align with each client's unique branding or marketing goals.
  • Monitor SEO, web traffic and engagement metrics and create detailed dataled monthly reports that demonstrate growth (or decline) for each client's personal brand and for the agency's marketing efforts.
  • Take accountability of the overall quality of content delivery across all digital and social media channels.

Requirements:


  • At least twothree years of relevant experience in ideating, posting, monitoring and analyzing social media content.
  • Handson experience working with content management platforms like ASANA.
  • Excellent proofreading skills and an eye for detail.
  • Ability to recommend social media strategies and content (text, image and video) examples proven to increase followers and/or engagement.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of social media and online marketing channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Medium and TikTok. Experience working with Threads or other social media alternatives is a plus.
