Description
Qualification:
- Commerce graduate and MBA in Human Resources or related field preferred
- No previous experience required
- Female
years old
- Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews and onboarding new employees
- Maintain employee files and records in accordance with applicable legal requirements
- Manage employee files including filing documents, tracking changes, etc.
- Collect and review timesheets, attendance records, and other relevant data for accurate payroll processing.
- Update employee records in the payroll system, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and personal information updates.
- Provide administrative support for the payroll process
- Assist with ensuring payroll processes and procedures comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of payroll data into the payroll system.
- Verify payroll information for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing payroll reports and other relevant documentation.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
