About Us:
Atmos Design Studio is the interior design studio of the Caspaiou Group.
As part of the Caspaiou Group, we focus on luxury, high-end interior design and architecture projects, with a portfolio that includes high-end residential villas and premium residences, as well as selected boutique malls and boutique hotels.
This role works across both Atmos Design Studio and Caspaiou Group Marketing, supporting our design teams and marketing activities with high-quality visual communication and presentation output.
We work closely with in-house procurement, logistics, and installation teams to deliver fully integrated interior solutions combining refined design, strong technical execution, and carefully curated FF&E from leading international brands.
Overview:
We are seeking a Visualizer / Design & Marketing Support professional to enhance the visual quality of design presentations, drawings, and marketing materials.
This role is execution-focused and suits someone with strong visual sensitivity, excellent layout skills, and a pragmatic, detail-oriented working method.
You will work closely with senior architects, junior designers, and the marketing team to support both project delivery and group communication.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Presentation Support
- Beautify and enhance design presentations and client decks.
- Improve the visual quality of CAD layouts, including line weights, hatching, and layout composition.
- Edit and enhance product images, materials, and mood visuals.
- Support visual storytelling of interior design concepts.
- Assist with FF&E presentation layouts and visual summaries.
- 3D modelling & rendering.
- Develop marketing visuals, invitations, and promotional materials.
- Create layouts for event invitations, brochures, adverts, and digital posts.
- Ensure visual consistency across design and marketing materials.
- Support branding-aligned presentation templates.
- Prepare visuals for social media, website, and client communication.
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Graphic Design, or similar.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in a design or creative studio environment.
- Strong skills in Photoshop.
- Good layout and composition skills.
- Experience working with AutoCAD drawings and layouts.
- Strong visual sensitivity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently and pragmatically within deadlines.
- Comfortable working with guidance from both design and marketing teams.
- Clear communication skills in English.
- Experience in an interior design or architecture studio.
- Experience with luxury residential or hospitality presentations.
- Experience with InDesign or similar layout tools.
- SketchUP / Rihno and 3D rendering software mandatory
- Understanding of branding and visual identity.
- Work on high-end luxury residential and boutique hospitality projects.
- Be part of both a design studio and a group marketing environment.
- Develop strong visual communication and presentation skills.
- Collaborate with senior designers, architects, and marketing professionals.
