- Monitors inter-site movement ofstaff and reports the same to the site in time based on theinstructions of management.
- Payroll checkingand verification for open and closed salary timeentries.
- Preparation of settlements foremployees going on leave (Leave Settlement), employees who will bepermanently transfer to other site (Inter-Company Transfer) andemployees who resigned and terminated (FinalSettlement).
- Preparation of join duty slips fornewly hired employees, employees who returned from leave andemployees who were permanently transferred from othersites.
- Payroll account opening for newemployees and other bank transactions.
- Managesand maintains AHRIS system.
- ConsolidatedTermination/Resignation Report (within theregion).
- Additions and Deletions for MedicalInsurance Program (within the region).
- PreparesPension Scheme Reports.
- Summary of Manpowerwithin the region.
- EXP (= Grade 9 &above) and EXPO (= Grades 7 & 8) Details (In andOut).
- Ensures compliance with Local LaborLaw.
- Performs any other related duties asassigned.
