- Address customer concerns, complaints, and feedback and guide on minor service problems
- Attend walk-in clients who visit the Experience Centre
- Respond to emails on personal email for inquiries, service visits, or installation requests
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges and ensure timely resolution
- Provide product stocks availability for inquiries and prepare quotations
- Ensure technicians' schedule is up-to-date and prepare formal quote to be sent to clients for approval
- Update the daily report status and other ad-hoc tasks as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business or any related field
- A minimum of 1 year's work experience is a must
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Efficient monitoring and follow-up skills through phone and emails
