    Qualifications:
    Bachelor degree in business administration or related field from a recognized university

    Experience:
    10+ years of experience in Retail operations

    Key Accountabilities:

    Responsible for coordinating Tenants operating requirements over the duration of the currentexpansion project; Responsible for communicating project timelines to all relevant team members.


    Drive Centre Sustainability Program, in conjunction with relevant stakeholders, including energyconservation, waste management initiatives Recommends procurement of capital assets aligned tothe budget ensuring new assets being brought into operations are entered onto pre-plannedmaintenance program and subject to QA proceduresBe Responsible for the coordination and communication with tenants with respect to operationalrequirements; sales performance issues; job request procedures.

    Liaise closely with RDD team for the proactive and safe delivery and exits of retailers.

    Develop a holistic Customer Experience Programme, working directly with Customer Service,Operations, Security, and Marketing DepartmentsPrepare routine and ad hoc reports, with the objective of keeping the management informed about allissues relating to operations of the projects and taking necessary action thereof.

    Prepare monthly financial analysis for operations for the Retail Operation monthly report.
    Review Speciality leasing concepts in conjunction with the speciality leasing manager in terms of malloperation.
    Review execution of marketing activities in and outside the asset as per operation guidelines.

    Coordinate closely with development through the mall redevelopment with a focus on customerservice, safety, and flexibility to deliver the redevelopment in an operating mall.

    ensure operatingprocedures in place through a redevelopmentSupervise team activities to ensure required/expected standards are met.
    Manage timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
    Delegate work with clear work instructions and provide performance feedback to team members.
    Conduct performance management reviews and appraisals as per given deadlines and Identifiestraining needs requirements for the team
