- Assume the technical leadershipfor the PCB Facility,
- Coach the technical teamthroughout the pre-production to post-productionphases
- Maintain the equipment roadmap, andsupport the adaption of new manufacturing technologies, processes,and best practices.
- Develop new capabilities byqualifying new processes and productionmaterials.
- Review DataPack fromEngineering.
- Promote Quality Compliance withcustomer requirements.
- Promote SafetyRegulations and reinforce the culture ofSafety
- Support the Digital Transformationinitiatives.
- Represent the PCB Facility in theMRB and PCBmeetings.
- BachelorDegree with 8-10 Years of Experience in PCB manufacturing process(or Master Degree with 5-7 Years ofExperience)
- Advance level ofLeadership
