Description

• Actively address outstandingexceptions in transactions, client requests, and other issues on adaily basis through monitoring and processimplementation.
• Seek guidance from Compliancewhen necessary to resolve client or departmental inquiries orconcerns.
• Report any issues or controlbreakdowns to the Operations Manager, Compliance, and IT asappropriate.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge ofproduct and process information for transaction processing in allasset classes within Operations.
• Assist inproviding training on the transaction processing system and ensuredocumentation and maintenance of relevant policies andprocedures.
  

KeyRequirements

• Bachelor's graduate inbusiness or statistics
• Banking and FinancialServices experience in one or more of the following operationfunctions:
  • trust or fundservices
  • transactionprocessing
  • clearing andsettlements
  • custodysupport
• Goodunderstanding of virtual asset, blockchain, and/orcryptocurrencies
• Excellent communicationskills
