Must Have 2 years Professional Experience in HR,

• Recruit and hire new employees
• Must have the knowledge of HR policies, laws, and rules and regulations of UAE labour laws.
• Should know proper HR Responsibilities.
• Should be able to manage the employees in a proper way.
• Fluent English is must
• Should be able to manage employee records
• Updating databases internally, such as leaves, absentees, Etc
• Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
• Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
• Reporting regularly on HR metrics on employee performance
• Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
• Manage training and development initiatives
• Keep track of employee performance
• Manage and improve communication
• Manage organizational and company culture
• Create a safe and inclusive work environment
• Oversee and manage benefits and compensation
• Handle conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations

Real estate experience will be considered as an advantage.


Pay:
AED4, AED6,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:
