About the Role

:

At Further we work with founders as early as the idea stage to validate, prototype, and launch new companies. Our team comes from a variety of disciplines to support your entrepreneurial journey. Due to growth, we are now looking for an exceptional Visual Designer to join the Studio Design team, supporting the Lead Designer to build sustainable design assets for the studio.

The success of this role is defined by the ability to communicate effectively, ability to work with teams, and have consistency of deliverables driving solutions based on research. The role is remote, expected to be available based on UAE office working hours.

Responsibilities

:

Build and maintain component library
Build design tool kits
Design logos based on predefined briefs
Presentation design and face lift
Join and collaborate on brand development workshops

Requirements and qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience in a UI/UX role
Strong background in Visual design
Ability to learn new softwares quickly
Experience in brand development and logo design
Experience with prototyping software, motion graphics, and video editing is a plus.
Understanding and experience in Visual Design, branding, UIUX design
Advanced understanding of delivery methodologies with an emphasis on agile
Ability to transform briefs into functional design assets
Written and oral fluency in English, and the ability to communicate effectively with design team
Arab speaker is a plus
